Use this bonding powder for fabric repair, appliqué, quilt Everything to get you started! It comes complete with basting or turning up hems. It can be stitched through and 1 oz. bonding powder is enough for up to 75 repairs, it will not gum up your needle. Washable and dry cleanable. Starter kit includes: 1 oz. of bonding powder, 1 non-stick sheet and easy to understand instructions.  Can be used for  hemming, basting, appliqué, craft projects, or repairs. Can be washed, dry-cleaned, and tumble dried. It stays soft and flexible so even on delicate fabrics it is not noticed.
